  No where to park so can not use my bank here have to use stoke but they are closing it in few months ! Not happy.

  Do not appreciate being spoken to like I am a child I worked in a bank before this person was born, slow nearly non existant service time for a change

  Been a NatWest customer for ages but this is one branch I wont go to again. No people just machines not what I want from my bank. If this is way NatWest is going I will be be going elsewhere and fast..
