  Got stuck in the car park for 20 minutes trying to leave. Had prepaid parking, but was still given a ticket by the machine when we entered (even though we scanned our ticket). Got to the exit gate and put the ticket in to the machine like you are told to do so and it asks for £11! Worked out eventually that you scan your qr code instead which lets you leave for free. Other people were clearly confused as well and that's why it took so long to get out. Poor design of a ticket machine to tell you to do one thing, but it actually wants you to do another. Also the machines make some really random chirpy noises for absolutely no reason.

  Just found out this car park has been taken over by NCP. Real shame as prices have now tripled and are the standard shafting rate of NCP.

  Car park with lots of space to move and convenient location but its on an irritating 1 way road and has issues with the ticket payment machines

  This used to be a 5 star metro car park. I use to pay £2 for evening parking to go to Nottingham arena and there was always a man in the cabin there to help if needed and for extra security..now NCP parking for just over 3 hours cost £8. Machine didnt take new £5 notes and no man there to get change..also cause he wasn't there getting out was a problem as I was stuck behind a car who couldn't get out, I waited almost 10 mins till barrier lifted for him and we finaly got out. Find somewhere else to park if you're going to the arena I will be!
