  Really good practice and respectable doctors. Not sure why other folk have been giving low star rating, must be difficult patients to deal with.

  staff are extremely poor at their job. no professionalism what so ever even the managers are poor.2 members of staff I know by name that are really great is Jackie at the front desk and dr coull

  Very rude reception staff. They serve as front of house to any practice, as a result they should have 5* personal skills, the receptionists at this practice do not. They are not helpful, rude on the phone and have no respect for patients. Found them to be very unhelpful when it came to finding my results, said it would take them 4 weeks for results to come through, yet when I went to my home practice it took them a week... Only gave them 2 stars as doctors are passable. Dr La Hay was great and Dr Dorward was decent on my second visit but wasn't helpful when I went to her with mental concerns in my first year of university, told me I was 'fed up' if only she were right . I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone and I hope they put their reception staff through training and/or fire them and get in decent people to greet clients.

  Been with this practice all my life never had any complaints with any of the staff or doctors exellent service 10/10

  Horrific doctor tried to treat me as if I'm a drug addict for asking for asthma medication and knowing off by heart the dosage and names of my medication I've been on for 20 years. Then when asked to check my partner's contraceptive implant, he said "make an appointment with someone more qualified" I'm sorry but last I checked you don't need to be a midwife or gynecologist to prod someones arm. Then when calling the receptionist to make a complaint I was shouted at as if id just hit her or something I came back in in person to make a complaint and was told "No you can't make a complaint because you sound like you're annoyed" If possible id vote this 0 stars these people need to get real doctors and some receptionists that are there because they like people not just because they get to spend 8 hours painting there nails because of the lack of people going there.
