  Wanted to buy shoes today but had to put them back as couldn't get served. I would have missed my bus if I waited any longer. One girl serving and another girl came to stand beside her but didn't serve me. She was saying that someone had opened a letter addressed to store manager. I said I will have to get these shoes another time as I will miss my bus. No response so I put shoes back and will try to buy them in the city centre shop.
