::Nice enough needs some repairs but you do get looked after. I wouldn't book for a romantic weekend But I would if going away with my mates.

::Staff really don't care about their customers here, be very wary, one of the worst hotels ive stayed at in Blackpool and ive been to a few

::I would definitely not recommended this hotel.. firstly when we got there we didnt get the friendliest of welcomes..the carpet looked like it hadnt been hoovered in weeks.. we got to our room and was disgusted.. flies in sink, damp ceilings and walls and dirty pair of boxers in the bathroom.. we got located in another room, which was better but not great, no bathroom light and was dusty and dirty. My son didn't even want to stay.. didn't even stay for breakfast.. no way would I stay here again.

::Good disabled access. Lovely decor and lighting. The staff were fabulous. We had steak and it was delicious. We would definitely go there again. Thank you for making my birthday extra special.

::It's OK. The location is top. It's clean and comfy enough. I've stayed twice here in different rooms a year apart. They've been clean enough and comfy but there's a lot of little cosmetic things that let the rooms down. Examples are broke bulbs, small chips / holes in the walls. Poor decorative jobs (the type you'd do at home and say that'll do). Only ever stayed over night so these issues have not really effected our stay. Overall 3 stars, comfy, clean and a great location. Just needs tidying up to be a great place.
