  This is an excellent Next store. Bright and cheerful with a great range. My Helen likes it for its clothing and accessories. Parking is easy and free in the massive car park at Serpentine Green. I give it 5 stars because it also includes a Costa upstairs!

  The rating is solely for the two members of staff that helped me on my visit, both were very welcoming, friendly, genuinely seemed happy to help. The store itself is a disappointment, especially considering how new it is. On 4 separate occasions I've walked in and seen something I liked on a display mannequin, but not been able to locate the item for sale. Each time I needed to locate a member of staff and be told "it's sold out" or find it at the opposite side of the store or tucked away in a position that can't easily be seen. If it's on display, put it in an obvious, easy to see (from the display) location... if it's out of stock, change the mannequin! That's retail basics 101! As for the in-store Costa Coffee, it's small, cramped, poorly run (dirty tables, under-staffed etc) with disinterested staff. It doesn't bring anything to the store.

  Slowest ever at the till!! Maybe worth actually training your staff how to use them!!!!
