::I only use Next Home to collect items from online. This is a great idea and the items always arrive no problem! But the service is awful! Every single time I collect something there is always a queue (no matter when I go apparently) and the staff never call for back up or apologise for the delay. I have just come back from yet another slow collection, I was waiting ~10 minutes for the people in front to finish. Honestly, get some back up Next! Your clothing stores are much better!
