  I visited this branch this last Sunday and experienced shocking customer service. I bought an ex-display ottoman off the floor, which i carried to the check out and asked a young girl at the tills if i could leave it there while i continued shopping. She said that I couldn't, so I said "do i have to carry it around the shop with me?" to which she replied "yes". As the ottoman was heavy and bulky I was not happy. so i placed it out of the way and then asked if i could get a piece of paper and a pen so i could write a note that it was sold, so no one would take it. this request was also met with a "No" this shocked me so i asked to see the manager, another girl then said that the manager was in a very bad mood that day and she wouldn't go and fetch him/her. I was shocked by this level of customer service and I left the store with the ottoman and nothing else. They need to review their customer service policy, or at least have some people on the tills who have the ability to think and are happy to help people.

  This is a nicely laid out store, with a surprisingly good selection of generally high quality items. There's a Costa coffee upstairs, should you need it. Watch out for the car park exit though, it can take ages to get out of this one.

  Terrible customer service from "Martyn" who is in fact their commercial manager. It seems as if his logic is as absurd as his moustache, which doesn't help his condescending attitude and unfriendly service. Would definitely recommend not shopping at this branch. I've found much better service in other stores. It seems to me as if this guys position has gone to his head and doesn't feel as if he has time to help. Such a shame.

  Received 5 star service today from the staff at Next Cribbs Causeway. Chris, Jennifer and Mollie were outstanding! They managed to put up with me and my partners indecisive tendencies when choosing sofas and extra bits. Very helpful and offered some valuable advice. Cannot fault them! Highly recommend....cheers guys
