  Very disappointed with customer service on Menswear today. I wanted to exchange my suit for a smaller size however I was told it wasn't in saleable condition due to the tags being removed. I've returned items a few years ago even without a receipt and it was honoured. Gemma (Manager) was not helpful at all. All I wanted was an exchange for a product I've only had for 4 days. Never will I go to that next store again.

  Went to collect my boots, that I'd purchased on line. Fabulous communication via email to inform me that my order had arrived in store. Staff really friendly and pleasant when I got there. Definitely 10/10 👍👍👍

  Loads of items for ladies but not much for gents. Coffee shop better when Starbucks but patisserie Valerie cakes are very nice.
