::brand new jaguar went for minor repairs, ended up waiting for it almost a month, returned to me filthy, the leather on the drivers leather seat, which was ivory white, was stained and dark from the greasy uniforms, back rest and the seat... i imagine when the technician was sitting down etc...really poor attention to detail.

::Avoid like the plague! Failed to fix my car ,downright lied through their teeth charged for work that didn't need doing .completely unprofessional and to top things off they have stolen personal items from my car ! They need to be struck off the approved list by jaguar and I will be contacting both jaguar and my solicitors about this den of crooks with limited knowledge!

::Booked a service and MOT on a very well cared for 15,000 mile car. Had a strange conversation the previous day when confirming the appointment. We can't guarantee to finish it the same day.... "surely this is only if unexpected issues come up?" I said. When I arrived to drop the car off I had a replay. Apparently they won't guarantee to complete a service and MOT the same day even if there are no problems with the car. Never had this before at any other dealer. The service is little more than an oil and filter change for heavens sake. An MOT can be done in 45mins while you wait elsewhere. I cannot see why this is such a huge issue for them. I can only surmise that they overbook so badly that there is a large stream of delayed work that can prevent your car being looked at when booked. I've no idea how good the work may or may not be as I drove away. A weird attitude and suspect looking premises pushed all the wrong buttons with me. You can get a comparable deal elsewhere without the hassle. Jaguar should remove this bunch from their approved service centres. Doesn't do the brand image a lot of good.

::I took my Jag in for a major service. Had rung around to get quotes and was impressed by the professional manner, booking process and discounted price of £350 or so. I knew my car was in good condition and had few problems. They did the service but came back with a number of items that 'required doing' with comments along the lines of 'this would be picked up at MOT'. Total of more than £1200. I accepted 2 minor items (total £70) in addition to the service and collected the car. The next week I took it into another Jaguar main dealer and asked for a 'health check'. No problems, nothing that required work - car ready to pass the MOT.
