  I have been with this practice over 40 years & have always had the very best attention. I went today for an extraction with my dentist Mr Variseddy & was really nervous as this is the first time I've had a tooth extracted whilst being awake, but I needn't have worried. He put me at ease & explained everything to me. He was so so gentle that I didn't even feel anything when he injected my gums & the extraction went as well as could be expected. Can't recommend this practice & especially Mr Variseddy enough. He is a gentleman & the nurses & receptionists are always friendly & helpful. Thank you so much

  Staff are awful and rude. Not going there again. Always have bad customer service.

  Very disappointed with the customer care at this practice....Missed two appointments due to work commitments and one by only 20 minutes. When I called the practice up (20 mins after missed appointment today) to apologise and make a new appointment I was told I'm not allowed to book anymore appointments with that practice as I've missed two over the last year! I'm a paying customer and have been with the practice for around 10 years...and I was willing to pay for the missed appointments. I've had a lot of work done hear and had what I thought was a good relationship with the dentist (not the most comfortable going to see a dentist). I asked if I could email anyone and explain the situation...apparently you can only write in! Not good enough in this day and age!

  Got kicked of coz missed 2 appointments as was on holiday and now got really bad toothache and I'm stuck for deniest and I'm in north ormesby Middlesbrough
