  Fantastic customer services, I ordered an incorrect key and they sent me new keys free of charge even though it was my fault, you don't often see kind gestures nowadays, would definitely recommend and use again John Bruce Millholme restorations

  Excellent service. Our door lock strip had failed, probably 30 years old, so no-one making the parts any more. NW Hardware were able to supply an alternative part that fits, very good price, very quick delivery. I was so relieved, thinking I might have to buy a whole new door. Thank you!

  We have been using Northwest Hardware for several years now and the service that we receive from them is faultless. The staff are consistently helpful and always seem to go the extra mile for us. As we do a lot of repairs, the parts we are looking for are sometime quite obscure and hard to find but Northwest are always happy to spend the time assisting us in locating the correct parts for each job.
