  One of best letting agencies around, if i had a problem no matter how big or small, all was handled professionally and in timely fashion. Very friendly staff, reasonable fees, what else one can ask from an agency.

  I would definitely recommend Northwood. The staff were friendly, helpful and easy to get hold of. Overall a very positive experience.

  Too quick to threaten tenant with eviction before investigating said complaints to even be true. Takes too long to have repairs carried out, if done at all. No emergency contact details for out of hours. Expects the tenant to trust their word even if it differs from terms of contract.
