  Bathroom Project: Jan 2018 I just wanted to say how impressed we are with the bathroom. It is absolutely fantastic. From design to completion the care and attention from N.B.K has been exemplary. James (designer) came up with an inspired design which allowed us to develop our own ideas into it, completely took on board our need to manage costs and guided us with suggestions without losing the integrity of an amazing finish. We never felt pushed or pressured into a decision and he was generous with patience towards us. Josh's (fitter) workmanship is stunning. Every aspect of implementing the design has been thought through. You can see this in the excellent tiling in how he has ensured they completely balance and proved visual symmetry. This is a well planned and caring approach from a tradesman who takes pride in their work. Josh has also been very friendly and easy to work and communicate with. We love it. Kitchen Project: March 2018 Simply can't thank NBK enough for their work on this project. Following substandard work (by other contractors) in the first phase of the project, NBK who were booked only for the kitchen installation took on, recovered and saved the project. This was at short notice in a busy schedule which was already hindered by a week of snow. They were amazing. It goes without saying that the standard of work and professionalism you get from NBK is extremely high, you will always be pleased. However, NBK are more than a kitchen & bathroom company. Any work you have done on your house will always be a business arrangement but NBK have a unique insight to the emotional context and human factor that comes with any project. You don't get this from other companies. This culture is evident and shines through every member of the team. They simply get it and they understand it, the only thing they are interested in, is doing a good job and that you are happy at the end of it. Thank you NBK you are Gods amongst Monsters S. Moon

  I have been incredibly impressed from start to finish with everyone involved in getting our bathroom sorted (our floors were dug up, walls repositioned, plastering, pipes channeled, as well as actually fitting the bathroom!) The staff at the Heigham Street branch were incredibly helpful, they patiently helped to plan things and were really quick to respond to any enquiries. There was flexibility with arranging appointments both in the office & with site visits. All the tradesmen were fantastic - the plastering job was incredibly neat & tidy. Dan (our fitter) was superb, really respectful of mess and noise with us having a baby in the house. His work exceeded all expectations - nothing was too much trouble for him. In addition the aftercare for any teething troubles has been brilliant. We get lots of compliments on the bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to use NBK in the future - thank you all.

  After several quotes from both independents and large retailers, we are very pleased with our new bathroom and shower installation by NBK. Their attentive and professional approach throughout the project ensured a fabulous new bathroom finished to a very high standard. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the team and would definitely recommend.

  I'm really pleased with my new bathroom, the friendly team provided good advice and managed the whole project. The fitter, Robin, worked really hard, was very thoughtful and clearly very experienced in everything he does. The bathroom was finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend NBK and I will be using them again in the near future for other projects.

  We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. From the design to the completion, the whole project went extremely well and everyone involved did an excellent job. For us, project management was very important, ensuring the right people turned up at the right time to do the right job and we were impressed with how NBK managed the project. We are now talking to Gareth about our second bathroom being done in the first half of 2018. Thoroughly recommended.
