  Took my wedding ring to be resized and ring was returned polished up like a kitchen fork (previously matted silver) Done it without asking me and when I phoned to ask why I was told 'no one told me not to' Great customer service. Could've just picked up the phone to ask me if I wanted it polished. Will never use again
