  Fabulous place. Very friendly and informative. Happy to take the time to go through every aspect of care. No pressures or any hard sell. Lovely place. Will definitively be going back on a regular basis.

  Norwich reptile company are extremely slow to answer the phone and quote abrasive in person. More often than not I paid more money for mice from pets at home, rather than going with this cheaper alternative, just to avoid some of the staff who work here. With that said there is a younger chap who works here who is really nice and helpful. Feels like walking into a club of which you are not a member.

  It's got lizards and that. Well looked after by knowledgeable folk who are happy to talk about stuff.

  As a first time owner these guys were far more knowledgeable and helpful than certain other shops I also approached, selling us exactly what we needed without trying to over exaggerate what we needed. As a result we have a very healthy bearded dragon and also know that we can always ask any questions as we go along. Can't recommend highly enough-excellent shop.
