::What is the point of having a telephone number if nobody ever answers it? There is no option for 'no stars' otherwise would have awarded this.
Kristian Lander
::Have made more than 30 calls, in the course of 2 days. Not once, as anyone ever answered. All across the day at varying times. 'We're sorry all of our lines are busy, no one is available to take your call' - then line dead. Once only once did it ever ring, then it just rang for more then 15 minutes and then ended. Abysmal.

::Website says building is open for counter service 10am to 2pm. In the interests of making the service more efficient for the public, the counter is now closed and you pick up a phone to speak to faceless nonentity who tells you that you have to book an appointment to see someone but not on the same day. The drop box they now use is available till 4pm now. No mention of the change in times until you actually get to the building and nobody on hand to help. An already rubbish service has been lowered even further. There’s a surprise.

::Have called several times today. Still not got through. I think I am wasting my time.

::The phone service can only be described as awful. Many many calls listening to the same message and then 'We are sorry but all operators are busy at the moment. Thankyou.' Bringing civil cases costs a fortune but the service is nil.
