  I felt the experience wasn't one that I would have hoped for. The staff were not very professional and the place felt dirty. We were kept waiting for our treatments for over half an hour and when we questioned this we were told that people had been booked in and there wasn't enough staff to accommodate them. It felt very awkward and the free fizz actually tasted 'off'. I'm sorry but I just would not recommend this place at all.

  Myself and a friend attended Nourish yesterday. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. The treatments were amazing, nothing was to much trouble for the staff. The facilities were outstanding and clean. Will definitely been attending this spa again. AMAZING! XXX

  Worse waxing experience ever! I'll never come back! The esthetician was so rude, trying to crush my belly and all parts of my body while depilating, but the worse is that she kept going outside during the whole session to "chat" with her colleague. During these moments (very long), she used to leave me holding my skin like a stupid girl, unable to move, and even getting cramps! After 3 or 4 times of her leaving me like that, I started to get upset and told her it was too long (I should have said "it is utterly inappropriate and unprofessional" !!), and then she told me she would stay with me (or really you will do your job? Incredible). I have never been confronted to such unprofessional behavior. If she doesn't want to work, then she should find another job. Not to mention I am not even well depilated ! Very bad experience while I was looking for classy and luxurious moment, I'm more than schoked !
