  Nice hotel, with parking, swimming pool and steam room and fitness room. Big room with comfortable beds. Easy access to Edinburgh centre on the tram which stops 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Our room was a bit cold as the temperature control was via some strange haet pump system. But that is being changed. Full cooked breakfast was £19.90. we weren't going to pay that. Got the tram into town each morning for great cooked breakfasts at £9:90. Tram costs £4:00 for a day ticket which lets you travel on the trams and buses all day 😀

  Nice stay. Right on the tram line so easy to get around. Good facilities, nice food and lovely staff. Accessible room a disappointment. No room to get a wheelchair about and the bath wasn't accessible without help. That needs sorting out and accessible showers with chairs should replace the bath.

  Great hotel. Staff exceptional. Julie the receptionist on duty at check in was extremely helpful and printed out a map of directions to Napier University which was a 23 minute walk away. Breakfast was amazing with a wide range of hot and cold items. The room was spacious and pretty quiet considering it was right next to the tram line.
