  My second visit to the Novotel as part of an MBL training course. The conferencing facilities are perfect for the purpose and modern. Nice selection of coffee, pastries on arrival, followed by cookies for mid morning snack I knew from my first visit to look forward to lunch and again I am pleasantly surprised. Hot buffet lunch with lots of variety, fish, curry, roast meats, noodles, deserts were delicious I had a Belgium Chocolate Delice and then forced down some cheese and biscuits for good measure. Thankfully my course was so engaging that I didn’t fall asleep!

  Great place! Friendly staff, good food, and the building itself is right in the middle of London! It's incredibly easy to access popular places! The rooms are also excellent, I highly recommend this hotel!

  Good hotel but not quite the same standard compares with other Novetels globally. Check-in was chaotic. The staffs were friendly but they don't have a conventional check-in counter and people jump queues. Room is small. Not a problem, but you may need to be aware. The facility is average. The drainage in my shower is blocked, and almost flooded the bathroom. Overall it is still a good hotel. Just the little things make it feel not quite pleased.

  Lovely place and great services. Family friendly and easy access for people with disability. Large room and with lots of space. Clean environment and nice decor. Keep up the good work. Well done.

  Pretty modern hotel: nothing fancy but fresh and functional. Our room was big enough, quite comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. We very much enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the room rate. There were several varieties of bread and cheeses, cold (like cereals, dried fruits and nuts) and hot (bacon, sausages, hash browns, tree types of eggs, beans, mushrooms, etc) food, fresh fruits and vegetables with a selection of salad dressings, juices, teas and good coffee. Everything was tasty! The staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast room, was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcomed! And yes, one of the best things - the location was excellent for us. Lots to see and to do in walking distance + the “Tower Hill” tube station is just a minute away. The only disappointment for me was that the spa (steam room and sauna) did not work when we were there...
