  Really underwhelmed by the service here. First they did not send my notes/scans through to NHS upon request (so wasted an appointment there). Second, the admin team did not post my scans to me in the 4-5 day period. Thirdly, the admin team did not reply to my emails. Fourthly, when I rang the NHS, not all of my Nuffield scans had been sent through.

  could not fault any of the time i was there or the staff from the time i entered to the time i left and the surgeon and his team were top notch could not fault any thing top service

  breakfast ordered 1 hr ago still waiting ,come on get a grip,it was not a fry up !!!!!!!...not happy

  Went there a couple of years ago to see a spine surgeon as was having difficulty walking. The surgeon told me my pain was all in my head and could not have been more rude and irritable if he had tried. (don't know whether he was having a bad day or it was his normal manner - I suspect his normal manner !!!) . Anyway fortunately i went elsewhere and was informed that i had a treatable condition and that it was a nonsense what i had been told about pain all in head. Really poor standard of care - wont go back !
