  Nice sporting facilities here although I haven't been on any one of them or used any equipment yet.

  Fantastic gym with great facilities and friendly staff. Whilst it does get busy at peak times (after 5pm) it’s not crowded so there is every opportunity to use the equipment you want. Free towels makes it very convenient however note that you do need to bring your own padlock for the changing rooms. Recently the men’s showers were refurbished so they have been given a much sort after revitalisation. The pool, sauna and steam rooms are very under utilise so it’s available all the time.

  Staff are always amazing! They make you feel at home and take the scariness away that you can sometimes feel when going to the gym! The facilities are excellent. It has something for everyone and the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are so relaxing.

  Good machines, lots of space, don't feel too busy during rush hours, nice staff, decent swimming pool. Happy to have changed the gym for this one.

  For the price it's membership not worth it.. though not bad for single visits. Staff is lovely and helpful,though spa area is not up to standards. Over crowded in peak hours .
