::Good medical centre, the reception staff can be helpful at times, but usually very busy, if you already have an appointment then use the LED screens to get you booked in, their time is precious. Best thing has to be that it is right next door to a pharmacy. Again this can get busy during certain periods of the day. But they offer a good service which is linked to any local Dr's a repeat prescription service which obviously saves you time.

::I am astonished to read some of the poor reviews. I have used this practice since it opened and have always been very happy. Yes, sometimes it can take longer to get an appointment that I would like. Yes too, they can sometimes run very late. However I have frequently been with the doctor for far longer than my 10 min slot so it works both ways. My feeling is that they do their best and that any faults lie with the NHS system.

::Have. Been with the practice a long time always very welcoming and receptionists are very helpful and polite.It is impossible to get through early morning to make an appointment where it was always so very easy . It's unfortunate but seems to be a way of the modern era

::Dont even bother trying to book an appointment. If all the appointments are taken that day, they wont even let you book in advance! And absolute waste of time. Such a poorly ran practice, even Red House Surgery apologised! Ive been at this practice for 20 years and have never wasted their time, and yet, when i need a doctor for my pregnancy - nothing!
