  Fantastic! I visited this store today with a replacement phone with my husband. The young man who helped me was very helpful, patient. He took his time to deal with my problems. Well done ! Good customer service , manners and very pleasant. Mrs Johnson. Sorry don't know his name.

  Fantastic Customer Service given by Paul yesterday! A massive THANK YOU again for being so patient whilst you sorted a new phone out for my Mum! So glad we didn't buy the phone from Carphone Warehouse, as we saved £35! I just didn't like their attitude or manner at all! Would highly reccommend Paul at O2!!

  Absolutely appalling service. Disgusting the way they speak to their customers, I wish I'd never ever went into the store to take out a contract, I'm appalled. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

  Absolutely awful! The lad that I saw just couldn’t be bothered, he kept looking at my husband as if I didn’t understand!! Couldn’t help me what so ever ! Then asked my husband what phone he had !! 😡I’m defo changing when my contract ends !
