  The decor is so bad its good! It would be a shame if they modernized! Tasty breakfast, reasonably comfy all round.

  I have stayed at the the Oak Villa Hotel many times when I have visited Leeds, and have always enjoyed a warm welocome, comfortable surroundings, and a really enjoyable breakfast. I always meet interesting people there, who have shared a similar experience.
