::Had my husband's 65th party there. Amazing service from start to finish. They even postponed it for me because of the bad weather we had and went out of their way to reorganize for the following week. Food was also very good and the accommodation was excellent. Can't find fault!

::Staff extremely friendly, nothing too much trouble, food fantastic. We stayed on a deal booked last November. It included afternoon tea, and evening meal, bed and breakfast. We upgraded to a suite and it was a great decision. The room was fantastic with plenty of room. We were upstairs and we would choose an upstairs room again for the views. Afternoon tea was fresh and included unlimited tea and coffee which is generally the norm but there are places that charge you extra. Evening meal was beautifully cooked will definitely return. Breakfast also excellent with a lot of choice and not cheap ingredients. Worth every penny. Will definitely be back and can't wait.

::Good value for the price paid. Stayed in Ranworth. Nice apartment but in need of some TLC! - loose electrical fittings, loose toilet seat, light bulbs need replacing, and view from the lounge is of 30 or more beer casks - why not put their the fenced enclosure, not outside it. Very friendly staff, but perhaps none of them go up to that end of the site much? Not quite "Best" Western, but with a bit of attention it could be!

::Poor quality finish despite trying to appear 'up-market'. Room was away from main building so a walk outside from reception - maybe nice in summer but not in the pouring rain as it was for us. (To add insult to injury room access card hadn't been coded correctly so had to head back to reception.) Suite was very sparse with all wooden floors and no rugs - far from welcoming luxury. Heating controls were loose on the wall with chased holes behind clearly visible. No heating in bathroom. Shower heat control impossible to get 'right' and fell off in hand. WiFi didn't reach into our room reliably (and no mobile signal either for us) which made a mockery of the tiny desk provided for one to work at. Breakfast was good and bed comfortable which both went some way to redeem the otherwise disappointing stay.

::Stayed on business trip for 3 nights. Room was good. Bar staff and breakfast staff were friendly. Evening team should try and be as friendly. Clean, enjoyable place and really nice outdoor area too. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Norwich. Hopefully be able to give 5 * after that.
