::My first order for wall lights was delivered promptly with lots of email updates, even though it said they were out of stock. Unfortunately when I ordered the matching ceiling lights, which were in stock on 2nd February 18, they have still not arrived. I have only had one order confirmation and a PayPal receipt, no indication of delivery. I have sent and email asking about the delivery, which has been ignored! I can not for the life of me get through to customer services and had to leave a message, which has been ignored! I have also seen the same lights cheaper so want to do a price promise deal! Please let me know what is happening it is very bad customer service and very frustrating!

But anyway initially had some problems, ordered a really nice floor lamp but after 10 days of waiting (they say 5 days but i allowed for christmas period mayhem) i managed to contact, their telephone customer service which is damn near impossible to contact. They were seemingly polite, i was a bit annoyed at being left on the phone for 15 mins and they convenietly took me off hold the moment i left a negative review here but no point in being pedantic. They apologised for delay and have been told next day delivery which atleast shows some form of commitment to their customers, some of the reviews say how fast their delivery which for obvious reasons i cant agree but i can say they offer a huge range of really nice products so aslong as you are in no rush to recieve your order then by all means give them a try.

::Item delivered - broken. Webform to complete to return item - filled in 3 times, all 3 times their website failed when pressing submit. Resorted to processing return by email. Emailed to state that 1 hour time slot for collection would be provided as long as email address and/or mobile number provided (it was) no time slot given. Called customer (no) service to be told driver cancelled collection and it has been given to another driver and a time slot would be allocated (this is around 11am) call again and speak to Lucy around midday - she says she will call me just after 1pm. No call (what a surprise) from Lucy, call again at 3pm and speak to Lucy again who apologises she hasn't had time to chase by magically she does have time to chase now. I'm not confident it will be collected today and I've taken a day off work to wait in all day. Dissapointing - won't be using again.
