  I really like the food here, it was very good an the staff were really lovely and very attentive. I went here on my travels in the middle of the day, the service was quick, they wished my girl friend happy birthday, which was nice. Nothing to complain about the venue or service at all. The only thing I would like to mention and why my experience was ruined (and ultimately the loss of a star) was that my vehicle got broken into. All vans on he plot were targeted, nothing was stolen however. So please. If you visit take all your valuables with you inside and don't ignore all the signs. I went there in the middle of the day in broad daylight. After this happend the staff where very good and checked CCTV right away and gave us a drink. Despite this , having to drive home with a broken window lest a slightly spur taste in my mouth. I would recommend here, just lock up your valuables tightly

  Good food and varied quite exciting menu. However both meals were not very hot and this let them down considerably. On a cold day we would expect piping hot food on warm plates that retained heat during the course of the meal. Good service and comfortable.

  Despite booking and receiving e-mail confirmation our arrival was a surprise! Quickly sorted a table and food and drink ordered. Served by Julian who is always polite, friendly and efficient. Food was tasty and hot. What more could you ask?

  Christmas Day meal with the family. Some confusion over our booking which included my sons dog. The staff were brilliant and a credit to themselves. There were two young ladies accredited to our table , Abbi and forgive me I cannot remember her name, they were excellent. Starters were a bit hit or miss but catering for different tastes and expectations. The mains were very good , plentiful and hot ! Deserts were good but everyone pogged! Well done Old Mill. Very dog friendly too.
