  The Old Quaker Burial Ground is inaccessible to the public, because there are locked gates at the two entrances. There is a plaque identifying it as a burial ground, which reads:- "The Quaker Burial Ground This Place of Rest was restored by Oldham Community Employment Agency Sponsored by Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council As part of the Manpower Services Commission Community Programme"
