  not happy. absolutely non professional dealing.. initially quoted me £40 for laptop repair and told me to come back after 3 days. after 3 days told me it will cost £100 and further 2 days are required and said phone first before coming. after further 2 days.. phoned him.. told me phone around 1700 hrs. called him at 1645 hrs.. told me laptop is fixed but come within 10 mins as shop will close at 1700 hrs..

  Very fast and prompt service. Ordering of spare parts and repair of my laptop took less than 3 days. I was given additional help with a temporary laptop to use and received a free gift too!

  Very happy with the service. I had smashed my laptop screen and they had the right screen in stock and fitted it for me while I waited. They even provide an on-line tutorial via their website if you want to fit the screen yourself and save some money. Pretty good prices too.
