  Amazing classes, Amazing staff. I achieved my goals and had fun whilst doing it. Would certainly recommend this gym if you need that additional bit of motivation

  I have just finished my first class here with my work friends and I thought it was great and feel great! as a regular gym go-er i wanted to try something a little different. I am now looking very forward to my next class!

  This has been my gym for over two years. I love it! The classes are great and never get boring. You get such a good work out and really feel like you've achieved something. Ofcourse this all goes well because of the fabulous trainers on board.

  Such a great concept. I have used various gyms and fads over the years but this by far wins. Not only are the workouts amazing but the staff are more friends than just a face. We arent just a number with them - we are really cared about just like a family.

  I'll tell you a little story... I did my first class back in 2014, loved it and was impressed by the class; heart rate training, type of workout and the motivating trainer. Even though I did not join due to me living and working too far away, I did not forget about it. In 2015 I finally just joined because after trying other group training studios this one still stood out from the rest. Heart-rate training, structured really well, and organised sessions, always room to improve individually with the trainers motivation and personalities. FOH staff and trainers are real, not posers and all of it combined makes you want to work hard! I don't live or work near Aldgate at all but it's so worth the commitment and travel!
