  The ordering process was pretty much seamless and the products are what we expected. The only criticism that I have, and its a problem with many web sellers, the logistics is poor! There is no reason why the seller or delivery company cannot contact the buyer in advance to organise appropriate delivery dates and reasonable time frames! In this case, I did not receive a date or time frame for the delivery! It was just pure luck that someone was home at the time of the delivery.

  Very good prices! Great communication with the staff. Blazing fast shipping and delivery but a bit expensive for Serbia. Would be nice to have an option for a cheaper (slower) shipping.

  Easy ordering with reasonable prices. My ladies Craghoppers kiwi walking trousers are lovely. This time I ordered a size down as my previous pair went a little baggy (Ok with a belt). Trousers arrived very quickly. Very pleased. Thank you.

  Purchase and delivery time excellent. Shoe is good quality but unfortunately doesn't fit me correctly as heel lifts out of shoe. I have returned these and after service was excellent too. Refund given no problem and will use OutdoorGB again. Thankyou

  These snow boots are worth every penny! I like the combo of pretty and tough! They are so warm and strong and grip well in the snow. I would say the size 5 felt like a 6 but that allows for ski socks for extra cosiness and/or some pound shop memory soles for even more! They only took 2 days to arrive. Now I need some more snow!
