  I recently had to get a very precious item from CAMBRIDGE to PLYMOUTH IN DEVON I had never used a PACK AND SEND SERVICE BEFORE. Melanie and Steve were so helpful & reassuring. They got my item to me on time with good tracking.   Absolutely superb customer service! Melanie was delightful to speak with and was knowledgeable offering me all the options available to best ship some household items from Cambridge to Washington DC. They arrived exactly on time to pick up my items for packing and shipping. The items arrived perfectly packed and in mint condition within two days.   We moved back to Vancouver after 15 months in Cambridge. Steve was very helpfull in the planning and shipping of 9 large boxes containing our household goods. Steve and his team took the time to review our packaging and increase its strenght by ajusting the size of the boxes, adding more bubble materials as well as preparing all papers for Canadian customs. Everything arrived in good condition and in time in Vancouver! Thank you Steve and colleagues! Highly recommended for international shipments!

  Moved nearly a dozen high end musical instruments to the US. Built foam-lined crates for sets of each, and all arrived perfectly -- but could tell right from the moment the crates were unloaded that everything would be safe. Highest quality pack job I've ever seen.

  We needed to ship a selection of ceramics to Alabama.The real challenge was a large 3D ceramic horse wall art with its head and neck angled away from the body. The tiny ultra fragile ears were our biggest worry. Steve Roberts created the perfect solution - anchoring the body and leaving a protected void around the head and neck, encased in a custom carton and then in a padded wooden crate. The shipment arrived safe with no damage and was all carried out at a very reasonable cost. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cambridge Pack & Send and will use them exclusively for all of our overseas shipments.
