  If you wanna shop for Christmas, better come in November or you will wait for ages. Also all deals gone quickly.

  I was the only customer in the shop when I entered. I did not get approached for at least 5 minutes even though I knew what charm I was wanting. Out of the 5 or 6 sale assistants on the shop floors two were putting away charms while the others were standing at the back gossiping. As a former employee when someone made a purchase we had to get personal details from them for the warranty. I never got asked for these, but maybe things have changed since I worked there. Overall bad service.

  Waited for half an hour to buy stuff, not look like 80% people do... eventually run out of time and patience

  I came to Pandora this Saturday 24 December. Annoyed by my hesitation between two jewels (hesitation that was not unreasonable), the saleswoman turned to me and said : " Well,, finally, which one do you take ? The till is ther ! " I have only one regret : having bought the jewel despite this unacceptable attitude. I usually go to Pandora everytime I'm abroad : never, in any country, have I received this way !

  I have not experienced a more unhelpful 'assitant' in a long time! I had just bought a fairly expensive ring and asked to see others in the range only to be shown the CATALOGUE. Asked if they were in stock to be vaguely told they were. So asked if I could actually SEE them and with a sigh she reluctantly did...then when I asked the price ( there were only three she had to find out about ) she said ' they vary '!! I did manage to drrrrag it out of her! I won't be back in this shop if Sanna is ' on duty '....terrible service!!!!
