  Very clean and light store but service is hit and miss. Sometimes staff cannot do enough for you, and other times staff don’t help, even though there isn’t a queue and there’s very few people in the store. When you do receive help it’s top quality but as it’s a store that you require help with if you wish to purchase anything, it’s a bit off putting. I love the quality of the products of pandora though so that always makes me go back for more items

  I had an experience of great customer service when attending this store. I was attempting to buy a ring of which the production had been discontinued, so none of the size I wanted were available in store. They were able to order one in within 3 days and I am very happy with it. Special mention to Holly and her colleague (unfortunately i cannot remember her name), who were so helpful with the sizing (as I was clueless) and willing to go the extra mile.

  Popular store selling trendsetting silver jewellery and charms. Product prices range from moderate to expensive. Minimalist stylish shop situated in the Quadrant. Friendly and professional staff. Absolutely rammed at Christmas time so plan your visit accordingly. Literally the gift that keeps on giving, as you can buy charms for all occasions. My personal opinion is: why follow the heard with massed produced jewellery

  I gave up wateing over 20 mins to purchase something there was a que 40 people deep wating to pay for 2 people surving and 2 people doing nor a lot showing off rings I'm walking out now I'm stood in the que for over 20 mins now

  Went in to the shop to buy a new charm and cleaning cloth. They didn't have any cleaning cloths there to buy so I asked them to do it the said they couldn't as it was getting busy there was only 3 customers in the shoes . To me that's not busy for that shop.
