  No one said Hi or asked if I needed help, even when I stood at the counter. So I left and just bought stuff online on the way home 🙄

  Visiting from Australia, Lucy was delightfully helpful to 'me dear old ma' in selecting new bracelet charms to replace some others (that were unfortunately stolen back in Aus), and the rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful.

  Stood at the counter and waited for 15 minutes for the person in front to be served after which the assistant said hello and walked away to a serve someone else. There was a queue out the door and I wasn't joining the end if it. There was nothing to say queue here, and the assistant clearly knew I wasn't being served already. I walked out in disgust and will be looking elsewhere for gift.

  Very expensive products, but rather than that look amazing! They're not waterproof though, so I'm always careful with their products
