  Panoramic fitted patio doors for me and I have had nothing but trouble with them. They eventually came out some time ago to fix the door closing/handle problem, which at the time did seem to get a little better. However I have just had to call a lockcmith out late on a saturday night because the handle and lock stopped working altogether. While replacing the lock, my locksmith has pointed out that they have hug the doors wrong and that the reason the lock broke is because it was not properly aligned with the mechanism. Bearing in mind Panoramic came out to 'fix' the locking problem, you would think they would have noticed this. Anyway.... A rubbish service and clearly an untrusworthy company.

  A year ago we ordered a new door and a custom made double-glazed fanlight to go above the door from Panoramic. The service we received was exemplary: we were kept informed of progress from the moment we placed the order until the door and fanlight were fitted. We are very pleased indeed both with the door and the fanlight.

  I wish to thank Panoramic team for resolving a number of mainly manufacturing issues which I was initially unhappy with.It has taken rather longer than I would have wished but I must give credit to panoramic for staying the course and I am now more than happy with the end product.

  We were extremely disappointed with the standard of workmanship in the fitting and making good of our windows. Whilst this was eventually rectified to a satisfactory degree, it was not possible for the finish to be of a standard that it would have been had it been done properly when the windows were first installed; this would have required all of the windows to be removed and refitted, damaging the new windows in the process. The whole experience was stressful and time consuming and took a very long time (a number of months) to resolve; numerous phone calls and site visits. We were offered £100 John Lewis voucher as a gesture of good will however we felt that a portion of the money we paid for fitting should have been returned given the poor workmanship at the original fit. We were never given any explanation as to why the workmanship was so bad and found Mrs Hill's response to be defensive in tone . No doubt Panoramic will respond to this review by saying that they rectified all of the problems but our view is that the problems were so basic and fundamental to fitting windows that it was inexcusable that they happened in the first place. We do not recommend this company.

  Panoramic Windows supplied and installed around 40 'wood alternative' Evolution Flush windows and patio doors at our house. Due to the large number of windows getting the appearance right was critical and the Evolution team were excellent in guiding us towards the right product and colour finished. They were also very good at making sure we considered the various opening options for all the windows and doors - a mammoth task ! The installation itself was very efficient and professional and we are delighted with the windows and the finish. The Evolution Flush windows are excellent and look aevery bit as good as quality painted timber windows. Every one who sees them is very impressed and overall the project has greatly improved and uplifted our house.
