  As a regular customer I am really dissappointed about the service on tonight’s order. I made an order and called the branch and requested that the driver had a 20£ note so I can give him a 50£. He arrived with a tenner and a lot of coins. Is this how you treat a regular? You want to trade coins at the end of the shift so you give all of them to the customer?? I am not a coin machine and it’s hard to believe you didn’t have any twenty pound note as people usually pay with these!! Also received wrong flavour of the drink, called the restaurant only to hear a bunch of sorrys and excuses, and no making up for anything. I was ordering food worth 30£ every week but after today I don’t feel like ordering ever again. Way to go Papa Johns!!!

  Spoke to a Gent on the phone before I went in to place my order an he was very helpful. Went in ordered a pizza and dealt with the same gent an also another gent both were very helpful an extremely friendly! Not to mention the pizza an cookie both amazing!! Thanks guys! Defo come again :)

  The manager here is absolutely terrible. He refused to honour the deal we were given by Papa John's and was incredibly rude and swore at me before hanging up the phone. Horrible experience that has made sure I'll never order from this store.

  Good quality food and service only issue is that you can't pay with cash when collecting
