  I ordered a Pizza online, 2 hours after the confirmation email, I get another email saying something has gone wrong and I should contact the store to find out details. I phone the store to a grumpy guy who abruptly tells me they have no drivers that night. Why should I have to wait 2 hours and have to do the contacting when I supply my phone number with my Order? I should have been told within 10 mins that deliveries are not available that night. The worst customer service I've experienced in years. I will never be using Papa Johns again.

  Bonne pizza mais ils se sont trompés dans notre commande , point positif ils nous ont offert une pizza pour le retard qui s’est avérée être meilleure que celle que nous avions commandée.

  Delivery is very fast, pizza is always good, but the real reason I am writing review is the giant chocolate cookie I have ordered today first time, it’s really amazing and the size is massive too-:)

  Their website messed up and defaulted to an old address. The driver turned up and phoned me. My new address is a 9 minute drive away from my old address. The driver refused to deliver it. The shop refused to help and told me they had my money and that was that. If I wanted it I would have to collect it. Contacted customer services via Facebook and they read and ignored my messages hoping to get it resolved. This company doesn't give a damn about Customer Service and they've lost a very regular customer.

  Ordering from there app is a joke and trying to order another way is impossible. I order a large pizza and garlic bread. No one arrived, I phoned up and enquired. It's now 1am and the shop has closed. I can't believe the inept behaviour of this company. Will not be ordering again.
