  After two succesful orders the third one was completely botched by the shop. It took them 1h and 15 minutes to deliver my order of two pizzas, a side of bbq chicken and a cookie. We live 8 minutes drive away from the shop. Both of the pizzas had 3 pieces of ham/chicken on them (large size pizza), both of them cold. The only edible thing was the bbq chicken wings as they came wrapped in foil hence less heat loss. The giant cookie I ordered came burned, dry and basically inedible. Shop staff on phone unhelpful, claiming driver is stuck in traffic at 8pm Tue...

  Guy on the phone hung up on both me and partner when trying to order. Completely rude and unhelpful and very defensive and ignorant. And refused to take our order. Ordering from them previously I've not had many issues only the odd occasion but from now on I highly doubt I will use them. Definitely lost customers tonight and if I knew the man on the phones name I would be making a complaint about him.

  After ordering I decided to read some of the reviews, I just can't see what all the fuss is all about. My pizza arrived at my door hot and on time. The chap who took my telephone order was absolutely fine and very helpful. I've never experienced a problem here before, always hot, fresh and full of flavour. 5*****

  Great, million times better then dominos, not as cheap on deals but food and portions are on a while different level here!

  Guy on the end of the phone was really good - but 2 hours waiting for a pizza and then having to order another because it was cold. Manager was rude - couldn’t run a bath let alone a papa johns store. Will be going for the usual Pizza Hut from now on
