  Got punched in thae face by one of the boucers just foe sticking up for my girlfeird cuz someone pushed in the que , I didn't even touch that boucer , got my own she liecene you can only use reaunible and nearly force and there was no need in it I'll be comeing tommorw for cctv, absultly disgusting from a door man , to all member of staff and doorman handled this situation right accept the one that wouldn't even give me his name I got photos of him anyways

  Food was ok but the bouncer (who stands in the shop next to the counter) was very unprofessional and intimidating for no reason. I stated it was weird that I had to ask other staff for condiments but he was very aggressive when I asked for direction. Typically it's ok but this Asian bouncer has put me off coming back ever again

  The food is nice but the one star is for how rude the staff are. They open at 11am but refused to serve my mother and I when we were in their at 1145. Told us to leave for no reason. I always used to like going there but this is the third time they have been rude. Terrible customer service, Dorothys is so much nicer

  Fish and chips were bland, but the one star rating is for the rude service. I won't be returning for the food, and I certainly won't be returning for the service. 0/5 stars if I could.
