::PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PARKING!!!!. My family have had a horrendous experience where we came off a 10 hour flight with little children and had to wait for over an hour for our car to be delivered to us. We followed all the instructions given to us to call once through security and was standing in the freezing car park with all our suitcases and my 20 month baby asleep in my arms and had to wait for over an hour. I phoned twice to query the delay and was told that the car was blocked in and would be on the way shortly. When I complained about how long we were kept waiting the operator was rude and put the phone down on me. When the car finally did arrive, one side was covered in mud and we weren’t still expected to pay the car park fee!!!

::Please do not use this company! My car was delivered back to me dirty and with some enormous scratches down one side. I was told to take photos and email them to the complaints department. They have come back saying that the scratches were there before they received the car. The driver who collected the car took photos and despite my repeated requests to see the first photos, they will not reply. Stay clear!!

::Absolute shambles of a Company. It is not meet and Greet at all and made us wait 40 minutes to get the car back. It is much quicker to get a bus to any of the off site parking services. I will be contacting Trading Standards because what is advertised is totally untrue. When I called to ask where the car was the person who answered was rude and said he had told me the situation and why did I keep ringing! It was the first time I had called! Warning - Stay well away from this Company!!!

::DO NOT USE!!! Absolute cowboys! Returned my car completely covered in mud, all over the drivers side inside and out. The car had been clearly used whilst I was away for two weeks, it absolutely stunk of cigarettes inside and was filthy in the back too. To make things worse as I went to pay the £3.50 exit charge at the exit barriers it was saying it was in fact £630!! This is because this rip off company tailgate out of the car park after you drop your car off so they don’t have to pay to exit, therefore your car isn’t registered as having left the car park, leaving you to argue the £630 with official Gatwick parking customer service. Bad customer service, rude and unhelpful saying that Gatwick Parking office must have a problem with their cameras. Really dodgy company, DO NOT USE!

::Absolutely horrible! Car was dirty inside and out! After reviewing my dash cam footage, I discovered that my car was parked on mud field! Never again! Got some nice pics,but unfortunately can’t add to this review!
