::Be ware of the price! Cheap will cost you dear. Really cheap place with no customer service what so ever. Breakfast is varied but with very cheap alternatives. No maintenance or proper cleaning. Carpets in the room are filthy and stained. Room and bathroom tiny hardly any space to turn. Finding your room is a mission going into corridors and jumping into different buildings. Ask for 2 extra pillows on monday morning when i came back at night, i was informed the hotel is fully booked and they could not find any.... I booked 6 nights for a better price and regret it. This place is suitable only for people who have no other option! Next time I will definitely read the reviews!

::The room was clean with all essentials. The breakfast was English but good variety. The only thing I found odd was the Quilt size. It was double bed by joining two single beds. The Quilt used was for a double bed, used short way, so the length was short towards feet.

::I don't even want to give it 1 star. The mucked around with my credit card for over a week and basically held £50 to ransom for 10 days (as I type). When I checked out they assured me to funds would be released within 3-5 working days. When I called back 7 days later they gave me some waffle about the back office not releasing the funds, even though they assured me on check it it had been done. When I was at the hotel I asked them to reverse the credit card hold so I could place it on another account. They informed me that they couldn't reverse a payment - which I think it rubbish. The staff where very unhelpful and basically just couldn't be bothered to help me out in a situation that could have been made much better had they decided to offer good customer service instead of bad customer service. If you travel on a tight budge (and let's face it - not everyone has a spare few hundred quid knocking about to cover things like this) just don't book this hotel. Finally - it's not clean either.

::One of the best quality hotel in London city .Rates are affordable. Here breakfast is available for all free of cost. Staff r well mannered and cooperative. Parking facilities r very best and free also. Family house is converted into hotel. Outside the hotel at right side bus stop is available. Easily accessible to go at central London. They maintain rooms as well as bathrooms are very clean.

::The Park Hotel was fine, basic, they put me in an 'annex' which turned out to be a house converted into rooms, no problem really as the room was not a bad size for a single person, but I should say, I got a twin room which had a double and single bed in it and if three people were staying it would be a squeeze. But the room was relatively clean and had a decent sized wardrobe, albeit a bit old, it definitely felt like a bedroom in a converted house. It was a ten minute walk from the train station and about 5-10 minutes to local shops, restaurant, take away, and pubs. All in all though I'd say the value was very good for the low cost. There was freeview but the TV signal was so bad sometimes it was hard to watch TV at times. The bed was a little hard for my personal taste, but not uncomfortable otherwise.
