  Avoid this B&B at all cost if you can call it a B&B as they don’t serve breakfast. Don’t worry tho even tho you won’t be fed the bed bugs in your bed will be feeding on you all through the night so at least some one will be happy, I got bitten all over. I stayed here for 4 nights and not once did I have a clean towel or my room cleaned. I slept in my van the last night as the severe itchyness from the bug infested beds was to much for me when going to work. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and B&B’s as I work away ever week and this is by far the worst expeirience I’ve had If I could give no stars I would.

  + kettle, tea, cofee and sugar in the room; free wi-wi; comfortble beds; tv in the room -small and old bathroom

  A bed and breakfast that serves no breakfast. How does that stand legally?

  I was very skeptical when i reached there. I was looking for a place to stay for few days before finalizing my apartment. The caretaker turned out to be very friendly. This was my first visit to leeds. Gave me good tips to which areas to avoid and where to do shopping. I got my breakfast on time and my room were always neat and clean. The owner was also very friendly. The room is bit small but since it was a stop gap arrangement for me it worked out fine for me. There are eating places near by, and the bus stand is just outside the gate. It was easy to commute from there. I ended up staying 3 weeks and I do not have a single complaint against them. Really good care taker and owner and the best part is it is very cheap.

  Sehr klein, aber recht guter Comfort für wenig Geld Leider nicht ganz zentrumsnah, jedoch kommt man mit dem Bus gut in die Stadt Angestellte sind sehr nett Ein kleiner Parkplatz wird auch geboten
