  Horrible customer service, reception can deal with simple tasks, since I have joined I only had problems with repeat mefications or appointments. Just awful.

  Unfortunately this GP surgery is very over stretched. They do not have enough staff to see everyone. As a result you will always be waiting for at least 30 minutes before you are seen even when you arrive early. This is a shame because the staff here are generally quite good they just do not have the resources

  Worst run GP practice with the rudest front desk who answer with a robotic voice when you call to schedule an appointment after a loooong hold: "Call us back tomorrow!!!" Shame because they do have a few good GPs there.

  Reception have no listening skills. Three of them to deal with one issue. No privacy in the reception area, three floors and no disabled access. The latest thing now is we find out that the practice is shutting through third parties. Dr Kouloumos writes a letter to say non of this is in his control as he passed over the contract to Winchmore Hill practice very this year. I'd like to know when they were planning to write to patients with this news??? Absolute shambles.

  Each time I needed a doctor, I thought I would better deal with it myself.. The conversation on the phone with a receptionist this morning was the last drop. I wanted to reschedule my appointment and all that she could say was 'call tomorrow or any day at 8 o'clock' without even listening to what I was saying or suggesting some other options. And then, when I was about to explain my situation, she just hung up. It's not the first time when I had such unpleasant experience by talking to them over the phone. Usually the receptionists are very rude, arrogant and ignorant, they pretend that they don't understand you or can't hear you and treat you with no respect. The doctors I have met there seemed to be incompetent and kind of unprofessional as well. The ladies doctor I went to once wasn't even wearing a smock even though she was performing a proper examination. The facilities were not designed for the deeper examination either and I felt uncomfortable. Coming from a place where all gynaecologist look sterile and have proper equipment it all looked like a joke to me. Apart from one nurse, who was always very kind and helpful my experience in this GP practice was generally horrible.
