  I travel all the way from Milton Keynes to Cardiff to visit this Practice. At every stage they are efficient, courteous and kind. I feel from the glamorous Val, who so expertly guides one to convenient appointment time, and offers a delightful welcome, through Mark the dentist, who is excellent at painless treatment and tooth conservation, to the skilled team of hygiene specialists, that this is excellent value for money and effective treatment.   I have always had a terrible fear of going to the dentist (as most people do) so I put off going for many, many years! About a year and a half ago I cracked one of my back teeth and I had to go... This was the first dentist I found and I was incredibly anxious about going. This first time I went I was treated by a male dentist, and I explained my anxiety. He completely put me at ease, and it was the first time I’d had something done at the dentist and didn’t feel any discomfort!! I had such a positive experience that I now go for my regular check ups without worrying. I’m now seen by Rebecca Mellor who is lovely and helpful, she’s sat and talked through any concerns I have and genuinely cares about her patients and her work. They also have the best and nicest receptionist called Val, who goes above and beyond to help! I don’t really leave detailed reviews, or any reviews at all! But I felt this place really deserves it. 👏🏻👏🏻
