  מקום מצויין 2-5 דקות הליכה מחלק מהאטרקציות המרכזיות (london eye, sealife, dangen...) מתאים מאוד למשפחות חדרים גדולים, נקיים, ארוכת בוקר טובה (על הילדים לא לקחו בכלל כסף). הינו מאוד מרוצים

  Lovely hotel situated behind County Hall. Lovely staff, room was nice although no external view due to the windows facing into the mezzanine area, but a nice change. Good breakfast. Only issue was water didnt seem hot enough for a shower when checking in after a long day of travel. Everything else was wonderful.

  Excellent hotel with nice suited rooms. The food was good on the restaurant and the spa massage enjoyable. Very well placed for the train station and underground also very close to the London Eye.

  Vi ankom hotellet om natten og fikk en grei mottakelse. Da vi åpnet døra til rommet slo varmen mot oss. Det var nok mellom 30-40 grader. Airconditionen skulle kunne reguleres 5 grader +-, men den var visst ødelagt. Vi varslet resepsjonen, og de skulle styre temperaturen derfra. Ingenting skjedde. Det ble lite med søvn første natta, og dermed ble påfølgende dag også ødelagt. Det ble ikke tilbudt noen kompensasjon for dette. Temperaturen ble ordnet i løpet av dagen, og resten av oppholdet var bra. Rommet var stort og fint, og senga var komfortabel. Frokosten holdt en grei standar, men var forholdsvis dyr. Beliggenheten er grei med tanke på at det er gåavstand til flere begivenheter. (Vi kunne gjerne likt at de fleste ansatte smilte mer.) Alt i alt en fin opplevelse.

  Room wasn't ready at check in time, we waited half an hour. Service was generally not proactive, we waited for breakfast, staff saw us waiting but ignored us and then came over looking at her watch. Breakfast quality was good. Room service lunch ordered at 1100, apparently took a long time because kitchen was busy. Didn't have half the items we wanted fruition the menu. Location was excellent, room very nice well equipped with kitchenette. No information on things like meal service times in the room which I found odd. Health club poor, one small changing room with 3 lockers and no light, 3 showers. Sauna was ok, steam room hardly any steam, gym standard. Basically a good base for exploring South Bank, convenient for a young family, just don't expect 4* service or facilities.
