::Went in today as a pair of shoes I bought had lost the metal stud decoration. I only wanted to know if they could replace it, they couldn't so instead gave me a NEW PAIR OF SHOES!!! How wonderful is that? Thank you so much.

::Staff were more interested in talking about their weekends and what they were having for dinner rather than serving customers. We did the awkward wait for about ten minutes before giving up and interrupting their conversation to get them to find the other halves to the shoes we had chosen. The shop was not busy, we were the only customers in, so the ratio of staff to customer was 4:2 - not the kind of service we would expect. Despite this large ratio, it was as if we had offended them by interrupting their social time. So they kept on chatting instead of going to get the shoes. Finally, the pair of shoes we wanted, from the sale section, turned out to have been put there "accidentally". No word of apology or suggestion of an alternative, the staff returned to their prior conversations.

::The sales assistant in Liverpool is so pushy she can freak anyone out! I only asked if the paper carbon comes free with the boots she said no and went on offering me 10 products afterwards although I was very annoyed she kept on suggesting what I can buy. Many thanks for that I know what I can get if I need to pay. For the amount I spent there a person would expect they will give at least a free paper bag and a good service but no only suggestions on how to spend your money. I can understand that's their job but when you see a customer rolling their eyes and clearly not interested you should draw a line and stop it! I ended up not even wanting to pay a 5 p for a bag ONLY because she annoyed me that much well I am not paying one penny more!

::Placed an order online, got email a few days later saying they were out of stock at the warehouse but had sourced a pair in one store and there would be a 7 day delay. Had to contact them after that time passed as I still hadn't received them or an update and was told they'd got lost somewhere, further 7 day delay. I asked them to cancel the order but had to again chase it up as they didn't respond. Not very polite, no apology for the inconvenience when I did get a reply, just "this order has been cancelled". Got the same sandals a third cheaper elsewhere, delivered in 2 days so they did me a favour in the end but I won't be placing any future orders with them.
