  Good level of care given, friendly staff and vets. The the only issue I would say would be regarding waiting times, my dog is very reactive and gets anxious around other dogs, and having to wait over 40 minutes past my appointment time isn't ideal to be honest, and this has happened multiple times.

  They've always been good etc at helping until recently ... I had a hamster with respiratory problems who has now passed away ... The vet I seen on emergency gave me more medication for him but the way she handled him was appawling and telling me its how you should handle them ... She picked up my poorly hamster by the scruff of his neck which is a no no!! She could see his teeth needed cutting aswel which she wasnt concerned about ... Maybe cos he had a good chomp of her finger ? But wouldn't you if you were man handled!

  Very caring people and patient .their priority is the animals but they also look after you as well .you come as a package .So understanding as well .Can't thank them enough for what they done for all our animals in the past .Thank you

  if you want to donate to an animal charity then please give to the p.d.s.a becouse unlike other charities every penny goes to them, poppy & family are for ever gratefull to them &we know they are there for us eny time we may need them again thank you xx

  Really lovely helpful staff. Very 'Human' vet who listened to my concerns and explained her thoughts and what to do next. Would recommend them to anyone...so please even if you don't need to use them due to financial hardship, think about donating any spare change you have...or buying from their charity shops :-)
