  Lovely atmosphere, gorgeous tapas. The staff are really friendly and great to eat and have cocktails too, good to stay all night!

  Fantastic bar. One of my favourite places in Carlisle. The manager and staff are always very friendly.

  Penny Blue is great food lovely gins superb only thing that let it down is the staff had to keep looking round for waiter,waiteress came took our order about 10 minutes of waiting our wine hadn't arrived had to again look for waiter who said sorry it went missing,food was very nice but table service was very unorganised.

  Building lovely. However:pertaining to unprofessional staff and a delusional philosophy:there is a distinct lack of atmosphere. Try Thin White Duke or other venues.
